"Ordered a custom chrome helmet and when it arrived the helmet was banged up and chrome had all these dots over it. Spoke with Cascade and they warrantied it and were great. Received my new one and the chrome looks the same way and it’s disappointing with the money you spend on the helmet and looks like that. Great customer service and helmets are great, but appears the chrome quality and handling is the issue"
