CEO
After working almost 20 years at Nike, Ed joined the team in 2017 as our “head coach.” Growing up in a sports-oriented family, he learned the value and power of teamwork at a young age. He brings that same passion to work everyday where he focuses on building our world-class executive team.
JOE ROBINSON
COO
A hockey fan through-and-through, Joe Robinson uses his love for the game and its community to help grow both Bauer Hockey and Cascade Maverick brands. Before joining us in 2017, he worked at companies like Converse, Polartec, and Gillette. Joe taps into his resourcefulness and knowledge to create and achieve goals that will have an immediate impact on all of his teams.
CATHY TYMOWSKI
CFO
Before joining the team in 2013, Cathy held various financial roles at companies like Procter & Gamble and Stonyfield Farm. In 2023 she was called up to CFO where she continues to use her love of sports and teamwork as inspiration to continue to drive efficiency, profit, and ensure sustainable growth.
MICHELLE O'DONNELL
VP/GM, LACROSSE
Michelle pursued her passion in footwear and apparel working at both Timberland and Converse before joining the team in 2022. A Boston Cannons and Bruins fan, she believes sports build character and self-esteem and loves being a part of that journey for others.
CHRIS COCCA
CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER
Chris joined the team in 2021 after spending most of his career at Four Seasons Hotels. A Toronto Maple Leafs fan, he believes sports are a powerful opportunity to learn positive skills that have an impact well beyond the field or arena.
CYNTHIA MCMAKIN
VP, GENERAL COUNSEL & SECRETARY
Prior to joining the team in 2020, Cynthia held in-house counsel roles at Analog Devices and Hasbro, and worked in private practice at Ropes & Gray. A motivated and passionate problem solver, she loves being part of a company whose core purpose is to enhance people’s lives through sports.
DAN BOURGEOIS
VP, PRODUCT INNOVATION & PRODUCTION
A veteran of the research and development industry, Dan joined Bauer Hockey and Cascade Maverik Lacrosse in 2018 with the goal to help every hockey and lacrosse player experience their full potential with innovative tools and technology.
ROLAND LAROSE
VP, SOURCING, DISTRIBUTION & QUALITY
After nearly 15 years at Gillete, Roland joined the team in 2004 where he has since held many roles throughout the company. A focused leader, he uses his vast skill set and experience to help him and his teams deliver high levels of service and product quality to all of our consumers.
JEAN-FRANCOIS TREMBLAY
VP, SUPPLY CHAIN
A lifelong member of Bauer Hockey, Jean-Francois joined the team in 2001 and has spent time on the supply chain team along with the commercial side of business. As a motivated leader, he uses his experience creating successful processes and playing hockey to influence the way he assembles teams to help push both the hockey and lacrosse businesses closer to revenue goals.
