We take our products seriously. We stand by their craftsmanship, quality, and durability. That’s why we pledge that, during the warranty period, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The limited warranty starts on the later of the date of your purchase or delivery and lasts as specified below for each product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will be on a prospective basis only. 

CASCADE Helmets and Headgear have a 1-year
warranty.
The serial number, located under the left ear pad, is required to for us to process your warranty and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

CASCADE Eyewear has a 1-year warranty. The serial number, located on the inside frame of the product, is required to for us to process your warranty and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

MAVERIK Heads have a 90-day warranty.

MAVERIK Shafts and Complete Sticks have a 180-day warranty.

MAVERIK Protective Equipment, Bags, and Apparel have a 30-day warranty.

With respect to any defective product during the applicable warranty period, we will, in our sole discretion either repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or refund the purchase price of such product.

To initiate a warranty claim, please see below the required details to submit. After you emailed the required details, a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. Please email one form per product.

In order to process your claim, you must present both your original receipt from an authorized Cascade Maverik dealer, and a photo of the damaged product. Hand-written receipts and banking statements will not be accepted. Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to intentional modifications and abuse, improper use, failure to follow the product instructions, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. Warranty claims not meeting the above requirements will not be processed.

If you are a retailer, please do not fill out the form. Please instead contact our customer service team, who will guide you through a separate process.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. 

UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY STATE LAW, THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

  • FULL NAME
  • VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
  • COMPLETE SHIP TO ADDRESS (no PO or APO boxes)
  • PRODUCT NAME, SIZE, COLOR
    *If product is a Cascade Helmet provide Serial Number located under the left ear pad*
  • COPY OF RECEIPT OR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOWING PURCHASE VALUE AND DATE; IN ORDER TO VALIDATE WARRANTY PERIOD
  • PICTURE OF DAMAGED ITEM
  • PROVIDE A BASIC DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE
